For Empower to do so many great things and help so many people in multiple countries in Asia, it takes a team. Every Empower volunteer must raise monthly financial support to serve with Empower. It would mean the world to us if you would help support one of our selfless volunteer heroes on a monthly basis. Empower International does not deduct any administrative fees from your donations to our volunteers. You can give online or give by mail.

John and Lin McAdams
John and Lin are serving God as Empower Country Directors in Myanmar with a passion for evangelism, discipleship, and church planting. Lin, a pastor’s daughter from a rural village in Thailand, and John, a farm boy from Texas, have combined their gifts to reach the lost and teach the simple principles of following Jesus Christ.

James Langteau
Since 2014, James and Sarah have been serving in Southeast Asia, focusing on evangelism and discipleship. They have seven children and work together in education and missionary training. James, as Director of Education, supports new schools and equips missionaries, holding advanced degrees in Discipleship Ministries and Educational Leadership.

Joseph & Ashley Langteau
Joseph and Ashley, serving in Asia and the Middle East since 2019, focus on evangelism and discipleship. They have a daughter, Hadassah, and hold degrees in English, Linguistics, Global Missions, and Elementary Education. Together, they share a commitment to reach Muslims for Christ and dedicate their lives to glorifying God across nations.
